Click merchant's link from BigGo homepage then place an order
Click product link to merchant's website from Top Hits page then place an order

Go to merchant's webiste then turn on 'BigGo Helper Comparison tool'
* It will link to Shopee APP when you click the product of Shopee Mall. For the product of other merchants that will link to the merchant's website, and we are not able to recognize reward if you place an order from other merchant's APP since it is not traceable.
* Did you click the link and checkout at the same page?
* It will embed tracking number when click BigGo's link. If you place an order by opening another page, the order will not be able to track.
* Did you place more than 2 orders continuously at the same page?
* You need to click link again from BigGo when place each order. If you place more than 2 orders at the same page, we will only recognize first order.
* Did you exit the website during place an order?
* If you close the browser, it may lose the tracking number then could not track the order accordingly.
